Our production fo twisted copper wire:


Twisted wires are produced by twisting a certain number and diameter wires in the profile of 0,055-300 mm². Twisted wires are named in accordance with their geometrical structures, step length and twisting direction determined according to their area of usage.

In our firm, cabinet of 1+6+12+18+24 and also twisting of product with 61 reels are done.

Regular twisted wires (Regular Bunch): It has an amorphic geometry and produced by twisting of  one or more bundle of multi-wires with a certain length of step.

Equiaxial (Concentric) twisted wires: It is formed by aligning in geometrical structures determined  and twisting of a certain number and diameter wires in the profile of 0,055-300 mm².

Geometrical Structures of equiaxial (Concentric) twisted wires



Equistepped - equiaxial (Unilay Concentric): It is around a single wire or a couple of wire bed. Each bed has the same step. For example : 1+6, 1+6+12+18+24

Isotropic - equiaxial (UnidirectionalConsantric): Step lengths of bets are the same or different.

Opposite-equiaxial (Equilay Concentric): There are (or are not) differences between step lengths (or direction)

Conventional - equiaxial (Conventional, True Concentric) : Twisting direction of beds is different, it has same specifications with isotropic - equiaxial.
